Taking a Look at the Seniors’ Final Seasons
Sam Casa (‘20), a member of Gilmour’s new Spirit Club, said, “The seniors, at the end of the day, set the tone with how the season will be.” With this being said, the seniors step up to any challenges by being leaders for others and setting good examples for their teammates. Casa said, “Shown by the team’s records, the seniors are doing a great job leading their teams to success.”
Why Be There
Seniors expressed it is important to commemorate their seniors’ high school athletic careers. Casa said that going to Senior Nights is “the least we can do [to] thank them and make it memorable.” Additionally, Casa said, “The student body can make it a night to remember by cheering them on their last time at home.”
Senior Nights are designed to give the student body an opportunity to recognize the time, hard work, and commitment the seniors have put in over the years as they move on from Gilmour and continue their journey wherever life takes them. In the coming weeks, students may attend and support the seniors as they get recognized on their Senior Night.
